It captures the spirit and the atmosphere of London’s Docklands and the vibrancy of regeneration, as well as her East End childhood memories.
Her twilight images, taken from high buildings, give a unique view of London. The River Thames is at the heart of both her work and her life in London.
The Spirit of East London is an accumulation of many of Maureen’s ventures aimed at capturing various different aspects of diversity within the community. Her work aims to represent the real residents of the area to celebrate the true spirit of East London.
